Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Vokabulario app, you agree to these Terms of Use. The Vokabulario app is operated by Kastlerio s.r.o., ID No. (IČO): 298 62 078, registered office: Chudenická 1059/30, Prague 10 - Hostivař, 102 00, Czech Republic ("we", "us").

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use Vokabulario. By downloading or using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial language learning.

4. Intellectual property

The app, including its code, design, and user interface, and all vocabulary content, translations, and example materials in it, are our property or licensed to us. All rights reserved.

5. Restrictions

You may not copy, extract, scrape, redistribute, sell, or reuse the app's vocabulary content outside the app; reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law; or use the app in any unlawful way.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vocabulary content or translations, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Platform terms

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use is also subject to the applicable store's terms. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the extent it does not conflict with these terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at vokabulario.com.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

11. Language

These terms are drafted in English. Translations are provided for convenience only; in case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
